Picnic and Event FAQ
Reserve the PIP Studio for your upcoming indoor event, class/workshop, photoshoot, or to secure a guaranteed rain-back up location for your picnic.
Just let us know the time + date + place, and we’ll handle the rest!
No 2 picnics are the same, as each one is custom curated to fit your occasion’s theme/vibe/aesthetic!

Each additional place setting over 2 guests is $25pp (indoor) or $45pp (outdoor). You can also fully customize your experience with your choice of any of our optional add-ons. All events are subject to an 18% service fee, additional travel fees for locations outside of Palm Beach County may apply.
Events are secured on a first paid, first accommodated basis (50% deposit) so we always suggest submitting a booking request with as much time in advance as possible to ensure the highest probability we have the availability to accommodate your requested time/date.
If booking for 2-6 guests, we can generally accommodate a set up as close to 24 hours before (as long as we have the date/time open!) however the following rush fees will apply:
3 > days notice : $50
2 > days notice : $75
24 hour notice: $100
If booking for 20+ guests, OR your event requires any custom-made/ordered elements (backdrops, signage, decor, name cards, etc.), we typically suggest 3-4 weeks in advance from your event date.
Of course, there are always exceptions to the rule… and we are accustomed to quick turn arounds, so don’t be afraid to reach out regardless!
Absolutely! We are fully equipped to help plan or style any type of event, even if it doesn’t involve a picnic! Indicate “general event styling” when filling out our “PIP PICNIC/EVENT Booking Request Form”.
All over Palm Beach County, FL! We can set up a picnic almost anywhere- indoor, outdoor, from the beach, to your backyard- our studio venue located in the heart of Downtown Boynton Beach - to parks, venues, restaurant private dining rooms, hotel rooms, and Airbnbs. For location requests outside of palm beach county, an additional travel fee will apply.

No, we will drop you a location pin via text message 1 hour prior to your event time. We leave after you're settled, and return once your picnic reservation ends. If you need us during your picnic for any reason, we are only a call or text away!
If you wish to leave prior to the arranged time, please contact us 30 minutes in advance. You will be held responsible for all picnic items until we are able to return.
While rare, we sometimes have to move locations or change dates due to weather. We will closely monitor the weather 24 hours in advance, and if it looks like weather may affect your reservation, we will reach out about covered locations or rescheduling options. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to inclement weather.
We do not offer any refunds of the required 50% deposit; however, we can reschedule your reservation within a 72 hour notice. After that, a 50% rescheduling fee will apply.
Picnics in Paradise is not liable in the sale of alcoholic beverages. You are more than welcome to BYOB to pair with our DIY cocktail station or mimosa bar add-ons! We can provide grazing boards & desserts from our partnered vendors, accommodate catering from a restaurant of your choosing, or schedule a food delivery service for your event arrival time.
