What is included in a base picnic?

No 2 picnics are the same, as each one is custom curated to fit your occasion’s theme/vibe/aesthetic!

Included in the base pricing of $295:
 • 2 hours | 2 guests
 • Full set up + clean up
 • Blankets/rugs
 • Pillowed seating
 • Low picnic table(s)
 • Fully plated tablescape
 • Floral accents
 • Table lighting
 • Lanterns
 • Perimeter decor
 • Ice + ice bucket
 • Bottled waters
 • Bluetooth speaker
 • Personalized message board

Each additional place setting over 2 guests is $25pp (indoor) or $45pp (outdoor). How far in advance do I need to book?

• Events are secured on a first paid, first accommodated basis (50% deposit) so we always suggest submitting a booking request with as much time in advance as possible to ensure the highest probability we have the availability to accommodate your requested time/date.

• If booking for 2-6 guests, we can generally accommodate a set up as close to 24 hours before (as long as we have the date/time open!) however the following rush fees will apply:
    • 3 > days notice : $50
    • 2 > days notice : $75
    • 24 hour notice: $100

• If booking for 20+ guests, OR your event requires any custom-made/ordered elements (backdrops, signage, decor, name cards, etc.), we typically suggest 3-4 weeks in advance from your event date.

• Of course, there are always exceptions to the rule… and we are accustomed to quick turn arounds, so don’t be afraid to reach out regardless!

Can I book an event that’s not a pop-up picnic?

Absolutely! We are fully equipped to help plan or style any type of event, even if it doesn’t involve a picnic! What areas do you service?

All over Palm Beach County, FL! We can set up a picnic almost anywhere- indoor, outdoor, from the beach, to your backyard- our studio venue located in the heart of Downtown Boynton Beach - to parks, venues, restaurant private dining rooms, hotel rooms, and Airbnbs. For location requests outside of palm beach county, an additional travel fee will apply.

Looking for a little guidance when it comes to locales? Whether you're visiting us from out of town, or just open to experiencing more of the area, here are our top recommendations for the best accessibility/parking/amenities:
 • Palm Beach Island - end of Royal Palm Way
 • Boynton Beach - Oceanfront Park
 • Delray Beach - North End (sailboats)
 • PIP Studio (indoor)

Question 7

Does Picnics in Paradise stay during our picnic/event?

Accepted Answer

No, we will drop you a location pin via text message 1 hour prior to your event time. We leave after you're settled, and return once your picnic reservation ends. If you need us during your picnic for any reason, we are only a call or text away!

Question 8

Can we leave whenever we want?

Accepted Answer

If you wish to leave prior to the arranged time, please contact us 30 minutes in advance. You will be held responsible for all picnic items until we are able to return.

Question 9

What if our picnic is forecasted to have bad weather?

Accepted Answer

While rare, we sometimes have to move locations or change dates due to weather.  We will closely monitor the weather 24 hours in advance, and if it looks like weather may affect your reservation, we will reach out about covered locations or rescheduling options. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to inclement weather.

Question 10

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer any refunds of the required 50% deposit; however, we can reschedule your reservation within a 72 hour notice. After that, a 50% rescheduling fee will apply.

Question 11

Does Picnics in Paradise provide food or alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Picnics in Paradise is not liable in the sale of alcoholic beverages. You are more than welcome to BYOB to pair with our DIY cocktail station or mimosa bar add-ons! We can provide grazing boards & desserts from our partnered vendors, accommodate catering from a restaurant of your choosing, or schedule a food delivery service for your event arrival time.
